Featuring the late Grandmaster Jim Mitchell, this 2-hour Seminar was hosted by Mr. Phil Retana and filmed at Aaction Kenpo Karate of Springfield, MO on June 7th, 2014.

The Seminar is divided into 3 parts. The first covers how the “3 Criteria of Logic Rule” is the backbone of the Art and how techniques and basics can be broken down using “Kenpo-Logic” to establish the purpose and practical function of each move. The second part has Mr. Mitchell sharing his personal journey as a martial artist and tales of his time with Mr. Parker. The 3rd and final part covers advanced techniques and more sophisticated concepts and applications.
